Return & Replacement

However, in rare cases where a product is damaged during delivery, we offer a return or replacement in accordance with the following terms and conditions.


1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

a. Damaged Products

Returns or replacements are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition due to transit or handling.

b. Unboxing Video Required

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, customers must provide a clear and unedited unboxing video as proof of damage. The video must:

  • Begin with the package unopened and sealed.

  • Clearly show the complete unboxing process.

  • Display the damaged product and packaging from all angles.

Note: Without the unboxing video, return or refund requests cannot be processed.


2. Refund or Replacement Process

Step 1: Contact Us

You must contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product and share the required unboxing video and order details.

Step 2: Review Process

Our team will carefully review the video and assess the condition of the product to verify eligibility.

Step 3: Decision and Resolution

If your request is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability).

  • Refund, after applicable deductions for shipping and handling.


3. Delivery and Handling Charges

  • For approved refunds, a deduction of 20%–30% of the product price will be applied to cover delivery, logistics, and handling costs.

  • These charges are non-refundable and will be communicated clearly during the resolution process.


4. Exceptions and Exclusions

Please note that:

  • Returns or refunds are not applicable for reasons such as change of mind, wrong product selection, or personal preferences.

  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery or without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories may not qualify for refund or replacement.
